SCENE 1:
Outside the Airport.
[ Ski is talking on his
phone. ]
SKI: Yeah. Our flight leaves
in about 30 minutes.
CHAIS: Cool. I
know you’re
excited.
SKI: Judging from the pictures
I’ve seen you posting, you’re
not having too bad a time
either.
CHAIS: It’s been alright.
SKI: See.
CHAIS: Yeah. Me
and Jenni
are visiting her grandparents
in a few weeks.
SKI: That should be cool.
Well, I should get going.
Make sure Mark didn’t
wander off.
CHAIS: Alright.
And by the
way, stay away from guys
with accents. I
know that’s
a weakness for you.
SKI: I have no idea what
you’re talking about man.
[ He smiles. ]
CHAIS: Yeah okay.
Later

SCENE 2:
Meanwhile, at the Aisles.
[ Small crowds are gathered
around the store as a voice
comes over the speaker. ]
LANDYN: Attention shoppers. In
about five minutes the sale will
be on. Feel
free to take advantage
of the tempting samples in each
department and random giveaways.

[ He walks past Charles & Hahn,
who are standing at the front. ]
CHARLES: Thanks.
See ya later.
Well I should get to meat. You
good with up here?
[ Hahn nods.
Back at meat, Sandie
Is waiting for Charles. ]
CHARLES: Three minute count down.
SANDIE: You forget.
I have an assistant.
Did you take care of what we talked
about earlier?
CHARLES: The bill.
As soon as I get a
break.
SANDIE: Alright.
Good luck.
[ She leaves for the bakery as
Charles gets a text message. ]
“Balance $5.30”
SCENE 3:
Local hotel, London.
[ Ski is laying on the bed
while Mark is looking out
the window. ]
SKI: The view is amazing
from here.
[ Mark walks over to him. ]
MARK: You still tired from the
flight?
SKI: No way. I’m
ready to go out.
MARK: I thought you would say
that.
[ A couple hours later, Mark
& Ski are sitting at a bar talking
to a group of guys. ]
MARK: Yeah, we’re here celebrating
our 3rd year.
[ As they are being celebrated,
Ski notices a male staggering
around near the bathrooms. ]
SKI: I’ll be right back. Okay?
[ Mark nods & Ski makes a move
in the stranger’s direction. ]
SCENE 4:
TA, Meat Counter.
[ Charles is handing out samples
to the waiting customers. ]
CHARLES: This meat is perfect to slice
for a sandwich.
CUSTOMER1: I’ll take a few pounds.
CHARLES: Great.
I’ll ring you over here.
[ As Charles takes the money, he
sees how much he already sold
today and smiles. ]
CHARLES: Here’s your change.
Whose next?
[ Up front, TA. . . . . ]
HAHN: Hey, can I get you to
open up? It’s
like Christmas
in here.
KRISTYN: Sure.
HAHN: Thanks.
[ Goes over to phone. ]
HAHN: Charles, dial 231.
CHARLES: Hey. What’s up?
HAHN: Busy up here. What
about you?
CHARLES: Same.
Let’s meet
up in a few hours.
SCENE 5:
Back overseas, the Bar.
[ Ski approaches the stranger. ]
SKI: You alright?
STRANGER: I’m fine. I mean, I’m
Finley.
SKI: Nice to meet you.
[ Finley steadies himself & sits
down in a chair. ]
FINLEY: You’re not from around
here. Are you?
SKI: No. Vacationing
with my
boyfriend.
FINLEY: No good.
SKI: Why do you say that?
FINLEY: I’m attracted to you.
[ Ski backs away a little, in
surprise. ]
SKI: Thanks.
[ He starts to leave but is
startled by Mark’s text. ]
“In the room.
He can come up,
If you want.”
[ Ski doesn’t speak but instead
grabs Finley’s hand & leads
him into the room. ]
SCENE 6:
Back office, TA.
[ Charles & Hahn are going
over the sales figures. ]
HAHN: Wow.
CHARLES: We made twice as much
today as Mark projected.
HAHN: Right. He
was way off.
Well, I’m gonna get going. Just
envelope this up & drop it into
hiding.
[ Hahn leaves.
Charles reopens his
envelope & begins to count. ]
Charles: 20. . . . .80, 200.
This shouldn’t be missed.
[ He quickly fills out his paper
work, accounting for the missing
amount & puts it in his pocket. ]
[ Meanwhile in London, Ski wakes
up the next morning.
Shocked, he
sees Finley sprawled out next to
him. Turning
over, Mark is sleep
on the other side. ]
[ thinking ] “What happened?”
