[ Kristyn walks up to
Hithe, who is kneeling
down by their son’s
grave ]
‘Hey. . .’
[ Hithe stands up
and puts his arm
around her ]
HITHE: I’m glad
you’re here
KRISTYN: It took me
awhile. . .but this
is something
I needed to do
[ He’s still staring
down. . . ]
KRISTYN: I just
wonder what
our lives would
have been like
if our son had
made it out of
the hospital
HITHE: Well. . .
I would hope
that we could
finally move in
together
KRISTYN: I thought
we were waiting
until my kids got
a little older
Isn’t that what
you were saying
last night?
HITHE: Yeah, it’s
not that though
There’s something
else bothering
me
KRISTYN: What is it?
HITHE: Something
happened that
night at the
hospital Kristyn
I’m certain, and
we should be
doing something
about it
KRISTYN: Like what?
I thought you
said the doctor
did everything
he could
HITHE: He did
Nevermind, I’m
sorry. . .
[ He stands up and
she starts walking
away ]
HITHE: Where are
you going?
KRISTYN: I’ll just
see you at work
Bye
[ Hithe hears her
car start & drive
off/ Minutes later
he’s walking out
of the graveyard
and his phone
rings ]
‘Morning, , .
It’s Jared’
HITHE: Hey, how
are things?
JARED MEYHR: I
was just calling
to let you know
that I’m in the
beginnings of
your case. . .
They know we’re
coming after them
now
HITHE: Okay, that’s
good
JARED MEYHR: Yeah,
I’ve got it all under
control. . .So,we
just sit back, relax
and wait for them
to respond
Oh, and don’t
do anything
crazy, okay?
HITHE: Wait,
what?
JARED MEYHR: I’ll
just say I’ve heard
stories about your
past behaviors
Anyway, I’ll
be in touch!
[ The line goes
dead. . . ]
[ At Jeszyca’s, she rolls
over in bed/ Standing
up she enters the
bathroom and stands
in front of the sink ]
[ Looking at the
mirror, she sighs ]
[ Getting closer
she sees a small
gray hair shining
in the light. . . ]
[ At the hospital
a receptionist
sees a man enter
the building ]
‘Sir, can I help
you?’
HITHE: Yeah,
I’m looking for
Doctor Keller,
Is he in?
[ Looks around ]
RECEPTIONIST: Do
you have an
appointment?
Mr. . .
HITHE: No, I just
needed to ask
him something
RECEPTIONIST: Well,
he’s with a patient
at the moment
Wait here and
I’ll see what I
can do
HITHE: Sure
[ She walks off into
the back/ As soon
as the coast is
clear, Hithe hurries
through the doors. . .
walking toward the
examining rooms ]
[ Meanwhile at
TA. . . ]
‘Morning Kyle’
[ Kyle looks up
and sees Amber
waving near him ]
KYLE: What a
surprise
You seem to
be in a good
mood today
AMBER: Yeah,
should I not
be?
[ She gives him
a look as she
walks away ]
[ Back at the
hospital a nurse
sees Hithe stand-
ing in the hall ]
‘Sir, you can’t
just walk back
here’
[ Just as Hithe
goes to turn
and run out he
bumps into
Dr. Keller ]
HITHE: Sorry
DR KELLER: What
are you doing
here?
HITHE: I hope
you’re ready
to pay for what
you did to my
son
DR KELLER: Mr.
Larohzyn, right?
Listen, I don’t
know where the
hell you get off
coming in here
like this but if
I were you I would
leave now before
I have you thrown
out
[ Hithe sees two
security officers
approaching. . . ]
[ Downtown Jeszyca
is sitting at a table
in an outdoor
restaurant and
sees Larrie
walking from
across the street ]
‘I can’t believe
I let you talk
me out of my
bed so early’
LARRIE: So, what
are we doing
out here?
JESZYCA: I just
needed to talk
to someone,
sorry. . .
LARRIE: It’s fine,
I’m guessing
you didn’t
have the flu
when you
missed work
the other night
JESZYCA: No,
not exactly [ sighs ]
I’m getting old
That’s has to
be the reason
I got dumped
LARRIE: What,
you’re crazy?
You’re only
twenty-eight
JESZYCA: It
might as well
be thirty. . .
And this morn-
ing I found a
gray hair!
[ He starts to
laugh and she
hits him. . . ]
LARRIE: Look, I’m
probably the
last person
you would
expect to get
advice from
But if she was
the one. . .I
don’t think
little things
like your age,
or hair color
would matter
to her
JESZYCA: Yeah,
you’re probably
right
[ At TheAisles ]
‘Hey, wasn’t
Hithe suppose
to be here?’
KRISTYN: Yeah,
he’s almost two
hours late. . .
He was acting
really weird
this morning
MONICA: Kristyn,
men are weird
Perfect example,
Kyle over there
Do you not recall
his recent game?
KRISTYN: Of course
[ She turns around
rolling her eyes,
just as Hithe walks
in the store. . . ]
[ Hithe whispers
something to
Ace before
Kristyn comes
over ]
‘Where have
you been?’
HITHE: Don’t
worry. . .Ace
covered for me
KRISTYN: That’s
not the point
First this morning
and now you’re
late. . .What is
going on Hithe?
Are you drink-
Ing again?
[ He turns around ]
HITHE: No. . .
How could you
even ask me
that?
[ He walks away
and leaves her
standing there ]
[ Before Hithe gets
to the back his
phone rings. . . ]
‘Hello. . .’
HITHE: Oh, hey
Jared
What’s up?
Yeah, and what
are they saying?
They want to
settle on how
much?
[ He stands there
in shock as his
phone falls out
of his hand and
hits the floor ]
