[ Ski enters ]
SKI: Airynn,

[ Airynn walks by
and Ski shuts the
door behind them ]
AIRYNN: Can
I help you?
SKI: Yes, the new
hire will be here
at 12 and I want
you to train him.
AIRYNN: Wow,
after all this time
some recognition.
[ Looks above him ]
I think I see pigs
flying around the
ceiling.
SKI: Good one.
Be serious, okay?
AIRYNN: Don’t

I’ll keep it very
professional.
[ He smirks, as
Ski walks off ]
SCENE 2
[ At Monica’s
house ]
MONICA: My
neice is bringing
the kids soon.
Maybe you
should get
going.
KYLE: Or I could
stick around.
Isn’t it time
I meet them?
[ She gets off him
and stands up ]
MONICA: I don’t
know Kyle.
Since their dad
died last year,
I’m more cautious
who I let get
close to them.
KYLE: You don’t
have to worry. . .
I’m not going
anywhere.
[ The doorbell rings ]
‘That’s them!’
MONICA: If you’re
staying. . .Then you

[ She laughs and
goes to answer

[ Airynn and Stuu
are walking around
the store ]
‘So, you’re Joh’s
friend?’
STUU: Yes.
AIRYNN: Right on!
Anyway, our job is
to put up all grocery
stuff.
Nothing cold.
[ He points to the
cooler and stops
walking. . . ]
STUU: Something
wrong?
AIRYNN: No. . .
I just need to
sit for a sec.
Catch my breath.
Too many aisles.
Anyway, [ coughs ]
You’re assigned a
section and it
doesn’t change.
[ Weis walks by them]
AIRYNN: Yup. . .
This cooler happens
to be the place that
guy up there lost

[ Weis turns
around. . . ]
WEIS: No one cares.

[ Monica’s kids
walk in the door ]
‘Hey mom. . .
Who is that?’
MONICA: This is
Kyle, my friend
from work.
[ Trailyn makes
kissing noises ]
MONICA: Girl,
you better quit.
KYLE: So. . .
how was school
today buddy?
KILYN: Fine.
KYLE: That’s good.
Hey, our names

Pretty cool, huh?
[ Kilyn looks at him,
then Monica does ]
KILYN: I guess.
Uh, I’ll be
in my room.
MONICA: Okay.
[ She shakes her

SCENE 5
[ Larrie is pacing back
and forth in his room/
He sits down, looks
at the pill bottle on
the desk and throws
it down. . . ]
[ His Dad enters
the room ]
‘Uh, Dad.
You could’ve
knocked.’
L’s DAD: Is there
something I should
know about?
LARRIE: Nope.
Just getting use
to my new meds.
Zero side effects.
[ He half smiles]
L’s DAD: Yeah.
I meant what I
said last time.
Any more

LARRIE: Dad,
I told you I’m
done.
[ His Dad leaves ]
[ On the phone ]
‘Hey Markis, it’s
Larrie. These new
meds are killing me.
Alright, I’m on

SCENE 6
‘Kids are finally
sleeping. . .’
[ Monica walks
up to the couch
and Kyle sits
up ]
MONICA: What
are you watching?
KYLE: Just some
chat line ad, I
guess.
You know late
night TV.
MONICA: Yeah,
I know something
else too.
[ She glances down
and Kyle quickly
puts a pillow over
his lap ]
MONICA: Let
me guess.
It was a perky
blonde that
caused your
current situation.
KYLE: What can
I say? I love me
some women.
MONICA: Yeah,
we will see
about all that.
SCENE 7
[ Airynn sees a
familiar face on
his run around
campus ]
‘Hey sexy girl.’
[ She turns around ]
TIESUN: Airynn?
What are you
doing here?
AIRYNN: Just getting
in some excercise
before this place
is swarming with
rowdy co-eds.
TIESUN: Oh.
That’s nice.
[ She jogs faster ]
AIRYNN: Look, I
know you’re helping
Markis with his little
illegal business.
It’s whatever.
But if you want
to get out, I’d

TIESUN: You are

would ever need

[ She runs off and
Airynn tries to
catch up to her/

stops and bends
over, gasping for
