XFB. . . . .Landyn L.

SCENE 1

[ In Landyn’s bedroom, he

& his best friend are painting

back to back. ]

KORTNEE: Did you really have

to pick a color for each wall?

LANDYN: Yes.  I told you.

Each shade stands for a

certain part of me.

KORTNEE: Well, excuse me.

I didn’t realize this was

sooo serious.

[ She laughs. ]

Should I dare ask which

parts?

LANDYN: Oh, you know.

[ Turning around quick, Landyn

dips his paint.  Slyly he marks

her in the back. ]

KORTNEE: Jerk!

[ Soon they are having a paint

war. Splashing each other’s

clothes with the various colors. ]

KORTNEE: Let’s take a break.

Go get some ice cream.

LANDYN: Alright, let me just

change out of these-

[ Before he can finish Kortnee

grabs on to his arm & drags him

out the door. ]

SCENE 2

[ Landyn & Kortnee are walking

down the street. ]

LANDYN: What kind did you get?

KORTNEE: Strawberry swirl.

LANDYN: Give me a lick.

KORTNEE: Gross no.

LANDYN: I’m joking.

[ They stop as they hear

a women yelling inside of

a clothing store. ]

“What do you mean the model

bailed?  I have important

clients coming in tomorrow

to look at these shots!”

[ Landyn boldly walks into

the store in his t-shirt, overalls

& paint splattered everything. ]

WOMEN: Stop right there, young

man.  You are not allowed in here

like that.

[ Her assistant pulls her aside &

they talk for a minute.  The women

gives Landyn a weird look.  He smiles,

having no idea what she is actually

thinking. ]

SCENE 3:

[ Landyn walks out of the store

with a shocked expression

on his face. ]

KORTNEE: Geez, what took so long?

LANDYN: I’m a model.

KORTNEE: Yeah right, Land.

LANDYN: I’m serious.  Here’s the

proof.
