Fallen Rise: Part 4 (Aftermath & Vows)

[ Standing in a silk, flowing, pure

white dress; Amber places on her

veil seeing her bridesmaid walk

in through the mirror. ]

"You look - - - - - -"

[ Jeszyca stops speaking.  She 

smiles instead as she starts to 

suddenly get teary eyed. ]

AMBER: Please.  Ski almost got

me on the way over here with

his do you know how far we've

come speech.

[ They loosely hug onto each 

other. ]

JESZYCA: I'm just glad we're all

happy.  It's not every day an ex

on both sides can be involved in

the ceremony.

[ She jokes to lighten the mood. ]

AMBER: Right and did you notice 

who is doing Ski & Mark's speech?

JESZYCA: I didn't see yet.  Who is 

it?

AMBER: Spokesman Landyn aka 

Weis' ex.  

JESZYCA: You're joking.  The

little world we live in, I guess.

[ Meanwhile, in the men's dressing

room.  Dyminic is speaking to his

father. ]

"Are you nervous?"

DYMINIC: Not at all.  Thinking about

being with Amber for the rest of

my life only makes me excited.

[ His Dad gives him a look. ]

DYMINIC:  I know.  I messed up

with Syria but our relationship

is nothing like that.  This is it.

DAD: Good to hear.

[ He grabs his son's shoulder. ]

DAD: Because if this happens

again.  I won't be there.  

SCENE TWO :

Outside; the back area.

[ Ring-bearers Chais & Jai are con-

versing with their God brother 

Little H. ]

"Caleb's here right?"

LITTLE H: Yes.  I parked him

toward the front on the right

side.

CHAIS: Alright cool.  Did you

pat him down first?

[ He cracks an off smile. ]

JAI: Shut up.  Better if we

can keep an eye on him.

CHAIS: It would be better if

H would talk to his parents.

Or someone could at least.

LITTLE H: I will okay.  Tonight.

But right now we should focus

on this walk.  Do you want to

be the one who screws up this

wedding?

[ Back inside. ]

"I just talked to Landyn.  It's

full on both side."

SKI: Great.  You sure LeeVigh

doesn't mind helping record?

WEIS: It's no problem.  He's

always forcing us to make

annoying videos with the

band anyway.  

[ Best man Hithe & Groomsmen

Larrie walk in. ]

HITHE: Hey, you got 15 minutes.

SCENE THREE :

Hallway near the entrance.

[ The S&M and D&A wedding parties

are lined up side-by-side, waiting

to walk into their separate rooms.

Near the front of each stand is a

screen showing the muted action

from the opposite area. ]

[ Music starts to play as they disperse,

two by two, walking down at the

same time.

Then the music changes & the door

shuts.  Ski is sitting on a flat decorated

board with Hithe & Larrie on each side

ready to lift him.  Amber looks over

on foot, smiling at them. ]

AMBER: Brace yourself boys.  

[ A little while later, Landyn & his

female counterpart end their speech-

es while Mark leads into the unmuted

vows. ]

MARK: When I first transferred TA's

five years ago when we met, I had

no clue what I would shortly find.

DYMINIC: It all started with a mix

up in hotel rooms.  Little did I know

that very night, I'd met the love of

my life.

AMBER: Even though some may have

doubted us at the beginning.  You

never let that bring down our spirit.

[ She side glances at her maid of

honor Karie. ]

SKI: I fall more and more in love

with this man everyday. 

SCENE FOUR :

"I now pronounce you Husbands."

"I now pronounce you Husband and Wife."

[ Everyone stands & applauds while the

wedding parties quickly walk down.

They gather outside in a line on 

the steps.  Ski looks up shocked

by the first person to greet him. ]

SKI: Funny.  You don't seem 25 gs

richer.

[ Zain laughs & they hug. ]

SKI: I'm so happy you made it.

Are you staying in town?

ZAIN: Oh yeah.  Me and Joh

start looking for places next

week.  It's crazy though. I 

didn't expect so many to 

know who I am.

[ Mark chimes in. ]

MARK: You we're the star man.

[ A woman not dressed for the

ocassion & a seem-to-be nurse

appear out of nowhere.

They approach their victim. ]

"Come with me.  Now."

[ Caleb turns around as he

is being dragged out by his

mother and a stranger. ]

HITHE: What's going on, where

are they taking him?

[ He looks at Little H who

stands frozen near an equally

shocked Trailyn & Mairya. 

H searches for words, then

whispers to his friends. ]

LITTLE H: They found out.

SCENE FIVE :

Downstairs, same location.

[ After the meal & dances, everyone

is chilled out.  Mark & Acer are dining on

cake/drinking wine at the head table. ]

ACE: Well that was a sick scene.

MARK: Hey.  You can't have a wedding

without a little drama.  Right?

ACE: That's true.  At least it's not with

me and the maid of honor.

[ He points over at Karie who is sitting

at the far end. ]

MARK: Too bad. I was waiting for you

to go toe-to-toe with her new beau.

ACE: Not happening.  Next year I'm

all about the new.  And a relationship

just isn't in the cards for me.

MARK: That's cool. Whatever makes

you happy.

[ Trailyn, Mairya, Little H, Jai, Chais

& Jenni are gathered near the cake

and punch table. ]

"I'm freaking out right now.  What

if they charge him?"

MAIRYA: I think they would be more

concerned about the crying out

for help part.

TRAILYN: Yeah.  Besides scare us,

he didn't really do much.  Maybe

they'll see that. 

JAI: Wait.  Caleb was wearing a mask.

How did they find out it was him

to begin with?

SCENE SIX :

Much later that night.

[ At Stuu & Weis' apartments. ]

STUU: That was one hell of a

show we put on tonight, if I

do say so myself.

[ Weis joins him on the couch,

undoing his tie. ]

  WEIS: We make a good team.

A lasting one.

[ He flicks Stuu playfully on his

nose. ]

STUU: When the baby comes next

month, we will be a totally diff-

erent one.

WEIS: The schedule change will

take some getting use to but you're

going to be an awesome Dad I

know it. 

STUU: I'm more worried about us.

WEIS: Well don't be.  I knew this

was a possibility when I moved

in here.

I made my decision to stand by

you and nothing's going to 

change that.  I promise.  

[ Stuu stays silent through Weis'

reassuring stare.  They lay down,

snuggled together & soon drift 
off to sleep. ]

Truth & Honor ( Part Two )

SCENE 1:
Connor Middle School.

[ Ski pulls into the parking lot
& Billy gets out of the car. ]

"I'll be right back."

[ Getting near the building he
sees Little H. sitting on a bench
& he joins him.  Looking around
the area. ]

BILLY: Any sign of that jerk?

LITTLE H: Not today.  I'm not sur-
prised he didn't show though.
Caleb's a coward.  I only care
because of Mairya.
BILLY: Yeah I know.  So you two
fought for awhile and then he
ran, that's it?

[ Little H. shakes his head. ]

LITTLE H: I didn't want to hit
Caleb.  But he kept egging
me on.  Chasing me around
the room even. So when he
reached up to punch me I 
grabbed his fist and held it.

[ He pauses, leaving Billy
in suspense. ]

BILLY: I bet that made it
worse.  Must have been
pissed by then. 
LITTLE H: Yup then I fell but
I can't remember much after
that.  I've been wrecking
my brain trying to figure
it out all night.
BILLY: Did you hit your head?
LITTLE H: No.  We better not
leave Ski waiting anymore,
let's go.   


SCENE 2:
Larrie & Jeszyca's apartment.

[ Larrie, Tiesun, Jeszyca, and
Airynn are talking in the 
living room. ]

"Where are we headed?"

[ Airynn looks at Larrie. ]

AIRYNN:  I thought you and me
were doing this.
TIESUN: In case things get out
of hand.  We might need him.

AIRYNN: Fine.  There are a few
places the PC like to hold
gatherings around town.  We
can check those first.

LARRIE: Cool with me.  How
about I drive? 

[ He hands Tiesun the keys. ]

LARRIE: I'll be down in a few
minutes.

[ Tiesun & Airynn leave. ]

LARRIE: Wasn't Sunshine suppose
to be here?
JESZYCA: Yeah, over an hour ago.


SCENE 3:
Outside of Mark & Ski's.

[ Billy & Chais are throwing a
football while Little H sits on
the side. ]

"Do I need to go back to
Connor and beat some little
kid's ass for you?"

LITTLE H: Nope.  I'm good.

[ They continue to play and talk,
not paying attention to Little H
who has drifted off into thought.

As things turn black, H can see
himself being pursued in the
abandoned building. ]

"Don't try to move."

"Wait! . . . . . ."

[ H wakes up in a freight as
Billy is shaking him.  Chais is
leaning over. ]

CHAIS:  Are you okay man?
LITTLE H: I just need some water.

[ He goes inside the house while
Chais stands, shaking his head
at Billy. ]

CHAIS: Still think it's just a fight?


SCENE 4:
Outskirts of Magic Springs.

[ After parking; Larrie, Tiesun, &
Airynn start walking down an
alley way. ]

TIESUN: I would ask if this is safe
but I probably don't wanna know
the answer.
LARRIE: This is the fourth place
we've been to.  It's pretty clear
that these people don't want
to be found.

AIRYNN: I don't care.  And any
other humane person wouldn't
either.  

[ He stops, staring at Larrie before
walking on. ]

LARRIE: Maybe you should consider
getting your friend up there some
help.  He get's a little psycho.

[ Larrie makes a face as Tiesun
rolls her eyes walking on. ]

"Guys!  Over here."

[ They both start to run toward
the sound of Airynn's voice as
a roaring bond type fire is seen
growing in the distance. ]


SCENE 5:
Highway, middle of nowhere.

[ Sunshine steps out of the car.
Going over to the passenger
side, she looks over at her
past bosses' condition.

Now pathetically slumped
over her seat. ]

"I can't do this."

[ She sighs shaking Gerard to
get him to come to.  After a
little time passes, she starts
to gets anxious.

Her thrust on him get harder as
he's finally stirred awake. ]

SUNSHINE: Good.

GERARD: Where have you taken
me?

[ He starts to get up, feeling his
head. ]

SUNSHINE: I still have the recording.

You know I wanted to dump
your heartless soul into the
river tonight.  That was my
plan.  

Now get out.  Out of my car
and out of my life.

[ He exits & she drives away. ]


SCENE 6:
Later at Hithe's.

[ Little H walks into the living
room & sees Hithe playing a
video game on the couch. ]

"You wanna play me?"

LITTLE H: I need to tell you some-
thing about that kid at school.

[ Hithe shuts the TV off, staying
silent. ]

LITTLE H: I'll admit I started the
fight and he couldn't control
me but then it all changed.
HITHE: What happened son?

LITTLE H: I think I blacked
out or something but I
been getting my memory
back a little.  I'm pretty sure
he took advantage of me.
HITHE: Wait, in what way?

LITTLE H: Like sex Dad but I
don't want you to do anything.
I'm fine.  I swear.

[ Little H stands before Hithe
can react. ]

HITHE: This is serious.  I don't
think you realize how much.
We have to get you checked.
LITTLE H:  I did at the school
already.  No one will believe
me.  They'll just hate me.

Especially Mairya.  Please Dad.


SCENE 7:
Back in the woods. 

[ Airynn, Tiesun, & Larrie are
hiding behind a bush in view
of the fire. ]

LARRIE: This is amazing!

[ Larrie states in excitement as
Airynn gives him a look.  Suddenly
the members of the P.C are 
gathering around encircling the
peaking flames.

They stop for a second & begin a
monotone chant as a person in
a white cloth appears in the
middle. ]

AIRYNN: Oh no.  That's him.

[ A female starts to douse
his body with a clear liquid as
it soaks the sheet.

Larrie grabs ahold of Airynn
before he can move. ]

AIRYNN: Let me go.

[ Airynn breaks free just as the
woman prepares to light the
victim ]

TIESUN: Airynn no.

[ Airynn runs toward Brian, knock-
ing him over just in time. Larrie
& Tiesun run over to them. ]

AIRYNN: Now do you believe me.

[ He states sarcastially, catching
his breath. ]

Before The Finale . . . . . .

SCENE 1:

The Aisles, overnight shift.

[ Stuu, Tiesun, & Larrie are chat-

ting in the back break room. ]

STUU: It's been four months

exactly since Airynn basically

vanished from Magic Springs.

[ Larrie sighs, heavily. ]

LARRIE: Not this again bro.

Airynn is not missing.  He's just

trying to get attention anyway

he can.  It's kind of sad really.  

TIESUN: At least when he was

showing up on the news we

had some idea.  And now?

LARRIE: You're concerned? After

experiencing his antics first 

hand I'd think you'd know 

better.

[ He walks out of the room. ]

TIESUN: So what happened

when you told Weis about

the kiss?

STUU: It blew over.  Pretty

fast to my surprise.  

TIESUN: That's good.  You're

new as it is.  Don't wanna

throw fighting into the mix.

STUU: Yeah I know.  I want

to keep having fun with him.

TIESUN: And what about Joh?

STUU: He's just a friendly 

drunk.  We all know that.

TIESUN: Yeah but are you

sure that's it?  

SCENE 2:

Outside, near the school yard.

[ Mairya is walking toward an

abandoned building, looking

around she opens the door. ]

MAIRYA: See I told you it was

never locked.  

[ A young male follows her inside. ]

MAIRYA: You wanted to smoke

right?  I'll keep an eye out.

[ She stands by the door. ]

CALEB: You sure? I can't afford

to get kicked off the team.

MAIRYA: We're not gonna get

caught.

[ She comes closer, kissing Caleb for

 reassurance & he lights up.  Seconds 

later, he starts to cough. ]

MAIRYA: You okay?

CALEB: Yeah, it's just a side effect.

I thought you we're gonna join

me.

[ They jump when there's a sudden,

powerful knock outside the door. 

Mairya opens it & Caleb stands

back. ]

MAIRYA: Hey.  What is it?

SCENE 3:

Night before, The Aisles.

[ Stuu is walking around, look-

ing for Joh. ]

STUU: I know the store is big

but you can't hide from me.

[ Joh takes his earphones out

& puts down the box he was

stocking. ]

JOH: Sorry.  I've just been 

doing a lot of thinking to

myself lately.

STUU: About what?

[ Stuu comes over standing

face to face with him. ]

JOH: Maybe I kissed you

for a reason.  I mean, I've

only had one girlfriend.

Barely have any "sexual"

experience at 22.

STUU: So? I have none.

That doesn't mean you're

gay man.   

JOH: Yeah I know.

STUU: It's just a label anyway.

Just do you Joh and don't

worry about it.  I wouldn't.

JOH: Thanks.

STUU: No problem. See you

later.

SCENE 4:

Back outside the school.

[ Little H. comes inside & Mairya

shuts the door behind him. ]

LITTLE H: It's almost time for class

to start.  What are you doing out 

here.

MAIRYA: Just hanging out.  You 

know Caleb, right?

LITTLE H: Yeah, hey.

[ Caleb gives a half smile while

continuing to smoke.  He hands

the joint to Mairya. ]

LITTLE H: You're smoking?

MAIRYA: It's just one hit, it's fine.

Makes class a lot less boring.

LITTLE H: I guess.

CALEB: You want some?

LITTLE H: No, I'm good.

MAIRYA: I'm gonna go find

Trailyn.  You two try not to

kill each other while I'm gone.

[ She sprays herself with perfume

& then exits.  Caleb walks up

to H, getting in his face. ]

LITTLE H: What's your problem?

CALEB: You.  Getting in my

way with Mairya.

LITTLE H: We we're friends first

and I'm not going anywhere.

So you better just get use to

me.

SCENE 5:

Back inside TA.

[ Stuu & Zain are smashing boxes

and throwing them into the baler. ]

ZAIN: You're pretty quiet.  Has

the night been that bad?

STUU: No.  I just got a strange

text though from an unknown

number.

ZAIN: Really?  Let me see.

[ Stuu hands him his phone. ]

ZAIN:  I'm on my way to TA.

Can you meet me outside?

STUU: That's all they sent.

ZAIN: Maybe it's your man

playing a prank on you.  Or

Lee?

STUU:  I don't think so.  I have

both of their numbers.  

ZAIN: Everyone else is here.

[ They are interrupted by banging

on the back door.  Stuu looks at

Zain & then starts to walk over.

Opening the door, he stands back

a little in shock at who walks in. ]

AIRYNN: Dude, I need your help.

It's about Brian.

SCENE 6:

[ Mairya & Trailyn are walking

after class. ]

MAIRYA: I've been waiting for

a whole period.  So what do you

think about Caleb?

[ Trailyn shakes her head. ]

TRAILYN: I don't know.  He does

have this tough guy attitude

some times.

MAIRYA: You think?  He's always

been nice to me.

TRAILYN: So what happened to H

he never showed up?

MAIRYA: Not sure.  He didn't 

reply to my texts either.

[ Looking toward the abandoned

building, she sees a big guy

standing at the door.

Thinking, she runs over. ]

MAIRYA: What is going on?

Let me in!  H, are you okay?

H! 

[ She continues to yell as the

guy stands silent, blocking

her from the entrance. ]

Circle of Chance

SCENE 1:
Sunday Morning, TA Salon.

[ Jeszyca, Karie, & Amber are
talking in the break room. ]

"I just came by to see how
things we're going."

JESZYCA: We're fine.  Lorenzo
doesn't have that many clients
coming in today.
KARIE: Okay.  If not, Sascha is
free and close now.

[ Karie walks toward the door. ]

AMBER: See ya Kare.

JESZYCA: Dyminic came in the
other day.  He's so random.  Even
had other customers rolling.
AMBER: Yeah, it can be a little
draining at times but I love him. 
JESZYCA: I'm happy for you Am.

AMBER: I saw that pic you posted
the other night with the blonde.
She your new girl?
JESZYCA: Not officially no.  She just 
moved to the states.  A friend 
of Renzo's.

[ Suddenly the door swings open hard. ]

JESZYCA: Speaking of her, hey.
AMBER: Well okay then. I'll let you 
two talk.  Hi.

[ She waves and exits as Sunshine
approaces Jeszyca. ]


SCENE 2:
Afternoon, Weis' apartment.

[ Weis starts knocking on
his bathroom door. ]

"Come in."

WEIS: You almost ready?

[ He sits down on the shower
edge while Stuu is fixing his
hair. ]

STUU: Yeah.  You didn't have
to knock weirdo,

[ Weis stands up next to him. ]

WEIS: Is that my gel?  Since when
do you give a crap about what
your hair looks like?
STUU: I don't.  Just trying out 
something different.  You like
it?

[ He places the tub in the 
drawer, turns & walks out.

Later inside Stuu's car, he
notices Weis' gaze on him
as he drives. ]

STUU: What's up? I know you
wanna say something.
WEIS: You're gonna keep your
cool around Landyn, right?
I mean, there was the whole
thing with Larrie at TA.
STUU: That was a misunder-
standing.  I apologized.  
And I'm use to your circle
of exes by now working
with Ski for so long.

WEIS: Hey, that's a little
different.  We're closer friends.
STUU: Not really.  If I'm not on
my best behavior, you can feel
free to spank me.  
WEIS: I'll hold you to that.

[ They laugh as Stuu pulls into
the parking lot. ]


SCENE 3:
Back inside the Break Room.

JESZYCA: I wasn't expecting to
see you until tonight.

[ Jeszyca gets closer but is stopped
by Sunshine. ]

SUNSHINE: This isn't a friendly visit.

[ She backs up, removing her scarf
slowly to reveal a blinding tone
to her hair. Jeszyca looks in awe. ]

SUNSHINE: If you haven't guessed, 
this wasn't what I was going for.

I asked for a more natural blonde.
JESZYCA: I'm sorry.  Lorenzo must
have gotten confused on the color.
He's still learning.
SUNSHINE: This is unacceptable.  I
have an important meeting and I
look like an old shrew.

JESZYCA: I'm sure Lorenzo can fix
this no problem.  I'll go let him
know.  
SUNSHINE: That's alright.  He 
doesn't seem able.  Listen, I like
you a lot.  Hope this doesn't
mess anything up but I'm filing
a complaint.


SCENE 4:
Inside Landyn's.

"So if someone could help
me get this bed frame out
to the truck."

STUU: I got it.

[ Stuu looks at Weis before
disappearing outside. ]

STUU: You're really smooth in
those TA ads.  How'd you get
so comfortable on camera?
LANDYN: I did a little modeling
when I was younger.  Shot
a few for a local store.  

[ They sit the furniture down &
head back inside. ]

WEIS: I'll get the chairs.

[ He whispers to Stuu but doesn't
notice Landyn watching in the
distance. ]

WEIS: See.  It's easy being nice.

[ Stuu pushes Weis as he walks
by.  Landyn looks away.  ]

STUU: Can I ask you a question?

[ He glances out the window
for Weis who is busy lifting
the chairs. ]


SCENE 5:
Meanwhile, at the Salon.

[ Jeszyca & Lorenzo are talking
near his station. ]

JESZYCA: Someone needs to work
on their coloring.

LORENZO: I knew she came in
here to complain.  That's all
she has done ever since me
and Madeline got together.
JESZYCA: Really, is she that
threatened?

LORENZO: Apparently.  I think
she wants to move out too.
I offered to fix it last night.

What else can I do?
JESZYCA: Maybe you should
try giving them their time.
Those girls have been
 through a lot.
LORENZO: That's true.  The last
thing I wanna do is get in the
middle of their friendship.

JESZYCA: Well then go.  Use your
charm in a positive way for once
and talk Sunshine out of that
write up.
LORENZO: Fine.  I'll do it for the
team.

[ He smirks at Jeszyca while head-
ing towards the back. ]


SCENE 6:
Outside of Landyn's.

[ Stuu is waiting in the car while
Weis talks to Landyn. ]

WEIS: Sure you don't need any
help at the condo?

LANDYN: Thanks but Kyle is meet-
ing me there.  We're having a guys
night after.
WEIS: That's cool.
LANDYN: Stuu seems like a nice,
normal guy.
WEIS: Yeah.  What's normal?
LANDYN: Nothing.  It's a good thing.
I'll have you over some time when
I get things settled.

[ Weis joins Stuu in the car. ]

WEIS: Let's go.  Weren't you saying
you wanted to lay down?  Or was
that just an excuse to get in my
bed?

[ Stuu stays silent. ]

WEIS: What's wrong?
STUU: I'm not so good at this dating
thing but since we're for real I
thought I should tell you.

Someone kissed me a little while
ago.  I put a stop to it though.  They
were just drunk, I'm sorry.
WEIS: It's fine.  No big deal.  

[ Weis catches his stare. ]

WEIS: Hey don't be afraid
to tell me anything.  I'll be
cool.
STUU: That's a huge relief 
then because it was Joh.


WEIS: Wait, what?
